Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable advance payment.
2. Hotel Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided as per the package category. Check-in and check-out timings are subject to the respective hotel’s policy.
3. Transportation: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary. Additional sightseeing, route diversion, waiting time or usage beyond the agreed itinerary may incur additional charges.
4. Sightseeing: Sightseeing will be covered as mentioned in the itinerary and is subject to weather, traffic, local conditions and operational feasibility.
5. Entry Tickets: Monument, museum, Ramoji Film City and other attraction entry fees are excluded unless specifically mentioned under the package inclusions.
6. Meals: Meals will be provided only as mentioned in the package inclusions. Additional meals or special meal requirements will be charged separately.
7. Personal Belongings: Mayoora Holidays will not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage or misplacement of personal belongings, valuables, luggage, cash, jewellery, electronic devices or travel documents during the tour. Guests are advised to take proper care of their belongings and keep all valuables safely with them at all times.

Payment Policy

1. Booking Advance: 30% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the package.
2. Second Payment: 50% of the total package amount should be paid 15 days prior to the date of departure.
3. Final Payment: The remaining 20% balance payment must be settled before the commencement of the tour.
4. Booking Confirmation: Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of the applicable advance payment.
5. Availability: Hotel, transport and activity bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
6. Additional Expenses: Any additional expenses incurred during the tour must be settled directly by the guest.
7. Rate Revision: Package rates may be revised if there is any change in hotel availability, transportation, government taxes or other applicable charges before final confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

1. 30 Days or More: 10% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
2. 15–29 Days: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.
3. 7–14 Days: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
4. Less Than 7 Days: 75% of the total package cost will be charged.
5. Within 48 Hours / No Show: 100% of the total package cost will be non-refundable.
6. Supplier Cancellation Policies: Hotel bookings, Ramoji Film City tickets, transportation and other activity bookings may have separate cancellation policies. Actual cancellation charges imposed by the respective service providers will be applicable.
7. Non-Refundable Bookings: Any non-refundable booking amount already paid to hotels, transport operators, attractions or other suppliers will not be refundable, irrespective of the cancellation period.
8. Unused Services: No refund will be provided for unused services, including accommodation, meals, sightseeing, transfers or activities, if voluntarily not utilized by the guest.
9. Force Majeure: In case of cancellation due to force majeure circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, severe weather or other circumstances beyond the control of Mayoora Holidays, refunds will be subject to the recovery received from the respective service providers.
10. Refund Processing: Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed after deduction of applicable cancellation charges and supplier penalties.
11. Variation in Charges: Cancellation charges may vary depending on the hotel category, travel dates, availability and supplier-specific booking conditions.
12. Applicable Policy: The cancellation policy applicable at the time of booking confirmation will prevail.

Travel Tips

1. Carry a valid Government-issued Photo ID for hotel check-in and sightseeing.
2. Wear comfortable and breathable clothing, especially during outdoor sightseeing.
3. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for visiting forts, palaces and other attractions.
4. Carry a water bottle and stay hydrated throughout the sightseeing.
5. Carry sunglasses, sunscreen and a hat/cap for protection from the sun.
6. Carry only essential belongings during sightseeing and keep valuables safely with you.
