• Additional expenses arising from illness, accidents, hospitalization or personal emergencies.

• Entry tickets to monuments and tourist attractions.

• Anything not specifically mentioned under Inclusions.

Payment Policy

• 25% advance payment at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.

• 50% of the total package cost 30 days before the tour departure.

• Remaining 25% payment upon arrival, before the tour begins.

Cancellation Policy

• 30 days or more before departure: Full refund, minus a processing fee (usually around 10% of the total package cost).

• 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.

• 14 days or less before departure: No refund.

Travel Tips

• Carry light luggage and preferably use a small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase.

• Limit luggage to one suitcase per person for convenient travel.
